RETURN and WARRANTY

Free RETURN within 30 days

Benefit from the FREE RETURN within 30 days (in the European Union) of the ordered product by indicating the vehicle' REGISTRATION  number (or the chassis number/VIN ) during the validation of your order on www.krosfou.com This information allows us to avoid any error in the references of the chosen parts, which are systematically checked by our France platform before shipment.

Operating Mode

Returns to stock in France:

Applicable to undamaged, unused, in the original new condition, collected in metropolitan France.

The UPS carrier assigned by our logistics team proceeds to the pick-up of your part at the address of your choice, and on the desired date, you can also deposit your package in one of the relay points near you in case if you are away. A label to be printed and stuck on your package will be sent to you by e-mail, as well as a list of the relay points around you.

Stock return time: 48h-72h.

Returns to factory:

Applied to a damaged part, a request for expertise, or removal in Europe outside of metropolitan France.

The DPD carrier assigned by our factory in Poland proceeds to the removal of your part at the address of your choice, usual transit time: 1 to 3 days.

No label is to be filled in: the transporter will place their own label on the box.

Factory return time: 4-5 working days.

The 30-day countdown period starts from the date of receiving the product.

The free-return within 30 days is only applicable to the return of a product delivered in Europe, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

WARRANTY 3 years

The diesel particulate filters/DPF, and catalytic converters marketed by Krosfou are covered by a 3-year WARRANTY limited to use not exceeding 100,000 kilometers.

The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the product.
