1 - Introduction and Purpose :
The website www.krosfou.com is operated by the company Krosfou, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 10,000 Euros, whose head office is located at 49 rue de Ponthieu 75008 Paris - tel: +33 1-84-202-100.

Krosfou sells to the general public and to professionals in Europe and in the World (consult us), new, high performance and stainless steel Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), catalytic converters (auto catalysts) and parts of automobile exhaust system, manufactured in Europe and conform to manufacturers' specifications.
Any order validated by a user, which must necessarily have full legal capacity, on the site www.krosfou.com or by telephone, implies the unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety as displayed on the website at the date of placing the order and described below. No condition contained in other documents, delivered or not to a user, can be integrated into the present, since these documents would be incompatible with these Terms of Sales that will prevail over any other condition.
Krosfou reserves the right to modify its Terms of Salse at any time and without notice.

2 - Order :
Only persons with full legal capacity as defined in the Civil Code can order.

Orders are placed on the website www.krosfou.com 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, or by calling +33 1-84-202-100 (customer service) from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and Saturday from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. The user commits himself on the veracity of the information that he communicates and will be engaged by any paid order that has required the use of his e-mail and personal Krosfou password. Krosfou's automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, the content, the date of the order, as well as all past transactions. Krosfou can cancel any order from a user with whom there may be an existing or potential dispute. The information given by the user when taking the order is the responsibility of the latter, as an example, for an error in the address of the recipient preventing the proper distribution of the order, Krosfou could not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery. If two users of www.krosfou.com were to order the last copy of a product reference indicated as << in stock >>, the last one to pay may have to wait 3 to 5 working days before the sending of his order (time for re-stocking the product reference from our factory).

3 - Products :
The products marketed by Krosfou in Europe comply with the French legislation in force and with the applicable European standards.

Krosfou presents on its website the products for sale with their essential characteristics. However, the photographs, text, graphics, information and reproduced features illustrating the products are given for information only.

4 - Price :
The price of products sold is expressed in Euros, excluding shipping costs. This price is expressed inclusive of all taxes (VAT incl.) for private customers in the European Union, and exclusive of all taxes (VAT excl.) for customers outside the European Union, professionals and wholesalers logged in with their login details on the www.krosfou.com website.

The VAT rate in effect on the date the order is registered applies to all invoices issued by Krosfou.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the definitive price (except factory error or data entry error) including the price of the products and the shipping costs.

5 - Payment :
Payment for orders can be made:

- by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express):
The buyer agrees to provide valid information: card type, number, expiration date, security code, and 3D-Secure code provided by their bank. They confirm that they are authorized to use the card and have sufficient funds.
Payments are secured via the PayPlug platform, which is PCI-DSS certified and approved by Visa and Mastercard. All banking data is fully encrypted (SSL) and protected. No sensitive information is stored. Cardholder authentication is ensured through the 3D-Secure protocol. PayPlug may refuse a payment without having to justify the reasons, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
- in 3 or 4 installments with Klarna:
You can pay in 3 or 4 installments by credit card for any purchase between €100 and €3000, thanks to our partner Klarna. Enjoy split payments with immediate approval, subject to eligibility.
- by bank transfer (processing time: a few hours to 5 business days before shipping):
The order will be shipped upon receipt of funds, usually within 24 hours to 5 business days.
Our bank details will be sent to you by email once your order is confirmed. Shipment will occur upon payment confirmation.
- from your Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal account:
Pay in one click with your digital wallet for a simplified and fully secure shopping experience.
- by Bancontact:
Pay directly from your bank account using the most widely used payment system in Belgium.
- via Satispay:
Pay for your purchases in one click from your prepaid Satispay account, independent of traditional banking networks.

6 - Delivery :
At Krosfou, order confirmations are typically sent within minutes of successful online payment.
Orders placed before 12:00 (noon): If items are in stock, they are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00: Shipped the next working day (subject to availability). Out-of-stock items: Manufacturing time applies. A surcharge of €59 incl. VAT applies to standard shipping for oversized products. Upon request, customers are informed by email of the estimated delivery date. Price and delivery times are also available on the product page.
Delivery in Europe
Home, Garage, Office or Pick-up Point Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 1 to 6 working days depending on availability. Free for orders over €189 incl. VAT (excluding oversized items).
- Express Delivery: 24 to 48 hours depending on availability.
International Delivery

- Worldwide Air: 3-6 working days.

Additional Information
Partial Shipments: available free of charge depending on product availability.
Delivery Access: if the delivery location is inaccessible (e.g., blocked street, missing door code), delivery will not be possible. Charges will still apply.
Shipping Responsibility: goods travel at the customer's risk. Upon delivery, check the condition of your parcel. Any damage must be noted on the delivery slip. Without this, no exchanges or refunds can be issued.
In Case of Delivery Issues: call us immediately at +33 1 84 802 890 while the driver is present.
Missing Delivery: any undelivered order must be reported within 10 days of shipment by emailing contact@krosfou.com
Other Claims: must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
Ordering Errors: Krosfou cannot be held responsible for incorrect product orders or any direct or indirect damages (e.g., business interruption, loss of income, etc.).

7 - Returns :
No returns will be accepted without the prior written agreement of Krosfou technical support, which you should contact by e-mail at support@krosfou.com for instructions. Under no circumstances may a product <<manufactured to order>> by our factory or mentioned as such by customer service, in particular by sending an e-mail to the customer, be returned or refunded. Products delivered by Krosfou more than six months ago are not eligible for return due to constant improvements. The customer remains responsible for his parcel until it is received by the warehouse:

(1) If you have provided us with the registration number or VIN number of the vehicle for which the order was placed (in the COMMENTS box when the order was validated), and the order was delivered within the European Union, you can benefit from the FREE RETURN policy within 30 days of receiving your product, subject to the following conditions:
- that the product is in its exact original condition (unused, free from traces of assembly, etc.), in perfect working order, with all the accessories supplied,
- that the product is not a <<manufactured to order>> product,
- that the product is returned in its original packaging (cardboard box, intact packaging bag, etc.),
- that the product is placed in a return box with the returns number (sent by support@krosfou.com) clearly visible on the outside and the product properly secured inside.
The returned product will then be taken back and reimbursed by Krosfou directly to the means of payment used to place the order, less initial delivery charges if any, once it has been received by our factory. In the event of non-compliance with the return conditions (e.g. used product), you may be charged €25 for the return of the appraised product to your address.
(2) In all other cases, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product (and any reshipment of the appraised product to your address). Any refund (partial or total) will only be made once the product has been inspected in our factory. If your product has been delivered outside the EU, it is your responsibility to return it intact in its original packaging to the following address: Alneria Logistic, 188A Wroclawska 62-800 Kalisz Poland.

8 - Warranty :
The diesel particulate filters and catalytic converters marketed by Krosfou are covered by a 3-year WARRANTY limited to a use not exceeding 100 000 KM.

The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the product. A fully completed technical support form is required for all warranty claims.
To be covered by their respective warranty, diesel particulate filters and catalytic converters must comply with the following conditions: their installation must have been carried out in an assembly/garage center specialized in the replacement of exhaust systems, the defects having directly damaged the part to be repaired must have been eliminated, and the assembly instructions must have been followed: in particular all gaskets, sensors, and injectors must have been replaced. The manufacturer's instructions must also be strictly observed: never start by pushing or towing, never check the operation of the engine with the ignition wires open, replace the spark plugs and engine oil regularly, and periodically check the operation of the engine at a specialized automotive technical control center.
Specific conditions that must be observed for diesel particulate filters/DPF: the use of the vehicle should not be limited to short journeys, indeed if the engine does not reach its operating temperature, the soot emitted during combustion and intercepted by the filter, can not be burned by the passive regeneration system, which has the effect of reducing the life of the DPF. In case of a DPF replacement, the catalytic converter(s) upstream and downstream of the DPF, if they exist, must be replaced.
Specific conditions to be observed for catalytic converters: the car must only run on unleaded petrol, the car must have been originally equipped with a catalytic converter, the Lambda sensor must be replaced at the same time as the used catalytic converter (after 80 000 to 100 000 KM.), if it is necessary to install a connection in front of the catalytic converter, only copper connections must be used while checking the tightness of the exhaust system, finally the catalytic converter must be adapted to the engine displacement.
The warranty is limited to the repair of the product in our factory in Poland. The total repair time, including transport, is 15 working days. This time is broken down as follows: 2 to 5 working days for dispatch to our factory, 2 to 5 working days for repair/expertise, and 2 to 5 working days for return of the product. Disassembly, immobilization of the vehicle or any other costs incurred by the customer are in no case supported by Krosfou. The warranty can only apply to parts assembled by a professional/garage having established the invoice in the name of the buyer of the product reference. Krosfou can not be held liable for any indirect damage, for any loss of profit or turnover in any way whatsoever.
Products whose failure is the result of negligence, or improper use of Krosfou diesel particulate filters or catalytic converters, will loose their warranty. In particular, a clogged DPF will not be covered by our warranty under any circumstances.
If your product has been delivered outside the European Union, it is your responsibility to return it intact in its original packaging to the following address: Alneria Logistic, 188A Wroclawska 62-800 Kalisz Poland. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the repaired/expedited product to your address.

9 - Disputes :
These Terms of Sales are subject to French law.

Krosfou can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible, which could result from a malfunction or a misuse of the products sold. Krosfou's liability can not in any case exceed the amount of the payment made for the order giving rise to that said liability.
Complaints or special requests will always be welcomed with kindness for those who make the effort to reveal a problem, and Krosfou will make its best to find an amicable solution.
Otherwise, the Commercial Court of Paris has exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the terms of the order, the place of delivery or the method of payment accepted. If any of the provisions of these Terms of Sales were to be considered illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions of these Terms of Sales would remain in force.

10 - Computing and Freedom :
The website www.krosfou.com has been the subject of a declaration to the French CNIL, in accordance with articles 39 and following of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified in 2004 relating to data processing, files and liberties, under the receipt number 1918649. Any user can obtain communication and, if necessary, rectification or suppression of information concerning him, by sending an e-mail to contact@krosfou.com. In order to improve the service quality, calls made to Krosfou are likely to be recorded.
